Hallym celebrates 300th robotic surgery using da Vinci Xi

Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital held a ceremony for celebrating its 300th operation of robotic surgery with da Vinci Xi on July 22, 2016. The accomplishment, which was the fastest among the performance elsewhere, only took 16 months since the hospital adopted da Vinci Xi, the 4th generation robotic surgical system in March last year. Dr. Chae Chun Rhim of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Sang Woo Lim of General Surgery, Dr. Yong Seong Lee of Urology, and Dr. Soo Min Ahn of General Surgery presented on their operation and discussed on the possibility of future improvements.
