Hallym, Padova and Melbourne share issues on Prion Diseases

The Ilsong institute of Life Science successfully hosted the Ilsong Mini Symposium themed on “Current Topics in Prion Diseases” at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital on February 19, 2016.


Experts at Hallym University, the University of Padova, Italy, and the University of Melbourne, Australia, presented their research outcomes on Prion diseases and actively discussed current issues with professors and researchers in neurology, biomedical sciences and life science.


The Ilsong Mini Symposium is an annual academic event organized by the Ilsong Institute of Life Science, Hallym University, and supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF). Since 1995, the Ilsong Institute of Life Science has been inviting world famous experts to share ideas on latest issues in biomedical sciences.


The specific programs including topics and speakers are as follows:
