Hallym launches upgraded Customer Guide App 2.0

Hallym University Medical Center has launched the ‘Customer Guide App 2.0,’ the upgraded mobile application, for patients and hospital visitors. The new version offers additional services such as the automatic parking meter, the intelligent queue management system, the information on places to visit, the Hallym Health Note, and the notification of the time for taking medicine.
Moreover, if a patient has a mobile patient ID card, the patient can easily use it at all examination rooms with bar code or QR code readers without carrying a plastic patient ID card. The upgraded mobile application, ‘Customer Guide App 2.0,’ can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and conveniently used at the six HUMC hospitals such as Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital and Hallym University Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital.
