Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital

Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital gave free health check-up for local residents and pedestrians at Beomgye subway station on June 25, 2014, in celebration of its 15th anniversary.

About 20 members of medical experts performed medical check-up including basic tests: screening of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, bone density test, blood and urine test and body fat test. Advanced tests such as Carotid Intima-Media Thickness, comprehensive health counseling and dental check-up were also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ms. Jong Ran Kim, Director of Nursing Department at the hospital said, “As a general hospital that stands frontline of resident’s treatment and prevention of disease, we will host various type of volunteer medical service every month.”
