Hangang, Korean Society of NZ Reach an Agreement

No.1872 Date2008-11-20 Hit 32024

Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital (HSHH) entered into an agreement on medical services with the Korean Society of New Zealand on October 4 in Seoul. The Korean Society of NZ has been committed to serving its community for enhancement of rights and interests and for welfare promotion.

"We are delighted to provide overseas Koreans with broad access to outstanding physicians and health care facilities. The agreement will allow for quality medical care to Korean residents in New Zealand through all of the HSHH facilities," said Dr. Ho-Guen Chang, HSHH director.

The hospital will provide them with its comprehensive offerings including medical and administrative counseling and medical records in English which will help facilitate a more convenient approach to medical insurance benefits and follow-up medical care in New Zealand.
